"Can you import questions from Google docs into Google forms?"- Google Docs Editors Community
Survey drafts often start in a Google Doc, and Google Forms only imports questions from another form, so each question is typed in again. 403 people on Google's forum have asked for a way to bring them in. If you already work in an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code, Formfacade's MCP server lets that assistant build the form for you. You describe the form in your own words, or give it a document as a PDF, HTML, markdown or a screenshot, and it creates the form with its sections and fields. You approve access once and add one remote server URL to any MCP client.
Let's start. You need a Formfacade account, so create your form first.
