How to customize the home page?

Your website's home page is the first thing a new customer sees, so it has to say who you are and get them to the right form. A Google Form has no home page. Google Sites can give you one for free, but you build it by hand, add a link for each form yourself and fix the links when a form changes. Neartail builds the home page when you create your website from your order form: a banner with a button to your form, and your trending products below it. You change the banner's title, description and image in place, and add a quick link for each of your other forms.

Let's start. Create your site and follow the steps below.

How to customize your home page?

  • If you just created your site and it says "Your website is live", click Edit site and skip the next two steps. Otherwise log in to Neartail, click Forms and click your form.
The Forms tab on the Neartail dashboard, with the Forms tab and the form Order fresh produce marked
  • Click SHARE.

Trending products

The trending products are automatically displayed based on the products ordered by the customers using your order form. If you have less than 3 products, then your order form will be displayed directly in the home page. This is useful if you have created an event registration, booking form etc. Please note that this section cannot be customized.

Call to action buttons

The banner has a short description and a call to action button that opens your order form. If you have more than one form, add a quick link for each of them.
In the Home page, turn on Quick links in the left menu and click Create a quick link.
