Show the total and an order summary

Google Forms can't add up an order or show customers what they ordered before they submit. Customers see the total as they pick, and a summary of each item and its amount before they place the order.

Take payment with the order

Google Forms can't take payment, so you chase customers for the money after they order. Turn on the ways you accept, from cards and Apple Pay to PayPal, Venmo, UPI, bank transfer or cash, and customers pick one as they place the order.

Stop selling what you don't have

Google Forms keeps taking orders after you run out. Set how many you have of each product, and each order takes from that count. At zero, customers see Out of stock and can't order it.

See how many of each product was ordered

In Google Sheets, counting each product takes a formula, and it's easy to get wrong. Neartail's Sales by product report adds up how many of each product was ordered.

Print each order for packing

In Google Sheets, each order is a long row of mostly blank cells, so it's easy to pack the wrong items. Print each order with only what the customer ordered, their name and address.
