How to view all the answers for a question in google forms?

Sometimes you need every answer to one question, such as each person's preferred date. Google Forms has a Question view on its Responses tab for this, but the tab opens on the summary of all your questions, and going through responses one person at a time is slower still. If your form is on your website with Formfacade, you open the Question view from Formfacade's Responses tab and pick the question from a list. Sync the responses to Google Sheets and the same answers are one column your team can sort.

Open your form in Formfacade and follow the steps below. If you don't have one yet, create your form first.

How to view the answers by question?

  • Open your form in Formfacade and click on "Responses" tab
The tabs Edit, Preview, Share and Responses, with Responses marked
  • If you see Submit to Google Forms, click it and click Proceed, so that responses from your form reach Google Forms. Only the responses submitted after that reach it.

Summary

If you want to read all the answers to one question, going through the responses one by one is slow. With Formfacade, you click Responses, View in Google Forms and Question, and select that question from the dropdown list. Create your form and complete the steps above. If you have any questions, write to support.
