How to view responses in google forms?

This is a common question, and 271 people on Google's forum have asked it. You shared your Google Form, people have answered, and the page you edit shows only your questions. In Google Forms, the answers are on the Responses tab of the form, as a summary, by question or by person, and only the form's editors can open it. If your form is on your website with Formfacade, the answers start in Formfacade's Responses tab, one at a time, and View in Google Forms opens the summary. Each response is also a card on a Kanban board, and you can sync them all to Google Sheets for your team.

Open your form in Formfacade and follow the steps below. If you don't have one yet, create your form first.

How to view the responses?

  • Open your form in Formfacade and click on "Responses" tab. Your responses are here, one at a time

  • If you see Submit to Google Forms, click it and click Proceed, so that responses from your form reach Google Forms. Only the responses submitted after that reach it.

  • Click View in Google Forms to see them all together. Your form's responses open in Google Forms

  • Click Question or Individual to view the responses by question or by person.

Summary

If people are filling in your form, the page with your questions won't show you their answers. With Formfacade, you click Responses to see them one at a time and View in Google Forms to see the summary, or the responses by question or by person. Create your form and complete the steps above.
