How to add a reorder link in the order confirmation email?

Customers who order the same things again have to fill in a Google Form from scratch every time. A pre-filled link would save them, but Google Forms makes those by hand, one customer at a time, so regulars go back to sending their order by message. With Neartail, the duplicate() function puts a reorder link in your confirmation email. Clicking it opens the form with their last order and details already filled in, ready to check and submit.

Create your order form and follow the steps below.

  • On the page that opens, click Enter your form name, type your form's name and click Generate.
