How to add products with variants?

"There is a price increase of $3 when the 2XL size is chosen."- Google Docs Editors Community

A hoodie that costs $3 more in 2XL is hard to sell with a Google Form. You add a question for each size, or put every size in one dropdown, and the form can't charge more for the bigger size or show a total. It also grows longer with every product. In Neartail, a product can be sold by variant: one card with its photo, the sizes listed inside it and, if you need it, a price for each size. Customers pick a size, then a quantity, and the cart uses that size's price.

Let's start. Create your order form and follow the steps below.

How to add a product with variants?

  • On the page that opens, upload your menu, a PDF or an image and click Convert. If you don't have one, click Back, click "Enter your form name", type your form's name, click Generate and then Proceed.

Summary

When one product comes in several sizes, a Google Form needs a question for each and can't charge more for one size. With Neartail, you add the product as sold by variant, give each size its own price if you need to and customers pick a size, then a quantity. Create your order form and complete the steps above.
