Install Formfacade on your Individual Account

You want your Google Form to match your website, but Google Forms only lets you change the header, the colors and the fonts, and an embedded form sits in an iframe. Formfacade is a Google Forms add-on that embeds your form without an iframe and lets you customize it to look like your site. You install it once from the Google Workspace Marketplace, from inside any Google Form.

Open a form in Google Forms and follow the steps below.

  • Open a Google Form, then open the ⋮ menu and click on Get add-ons

Summary

If your Google Form does not look like your website, you cannot change much in Google Forms itself. With Formfacade, you install the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace and you can embed your form or customize it. If you have any questions, write to support.
