How to share your order form on WhatsApp?

"will the broadcast deliver message to people who have not saved my number?"- Quora

WhatsApp's broadcast list only reaches people who saved your number, so when you send your weekly menu that way, part of your customer list never sees it. Forwarding it one chat at a time takes an evening, and then every reply comes back as its own chat for you to piece into orders. A Google Form gives you one link, but it can't add up an order. With Neartail, you send your order form's link in one WhatsApp message to the customers or groups you pick. They tap it, choose what they want and see the total. Next week you change the products and send the same link.

Let's start. Create your order form and follow the steps below.

1. Name your order form

On the page that opens, click Enter your form name, type your form's name and click Generate. Check the outline it suggests and click Proceed. If it asks "Do you want to preview this form?", click No. Click each product and type its price. Already have a Google Form? Click Import your Google Forms instead, paste its link and click Add to WhatsApp. Select your currency and click Continue. When it says "Your order form is ready", click Preview your form, then Edit form.

2. Write your message

In your form, click SHARE, then WhatsApp. Your link is already in the message, so change the words if you like and click Send message.

3. Pick your customers

In WhatsApp, tick your customers or a whole group and send it. They don't need to have saved your number to open a chat you start.

4. Customers order from your link

They tap the link, pick what they want and see the total. Next week, change the products in the same form and send the same link again.

Summary

A broadcast list misses anyone who hasn't saved your number, sending a menu one chat at a time takes hours and replies come back as separate chats. With Neartail, you send one message with your order form link, and every customer orders from the same form and sees the total. Create your form and complete the steps above.
